Before moving to New Hampshire in 1987, Frank practiced with law firms in Washington, D.C. and New Haven, Connecticut, and served as Associate General Counsel for a national trade association in New York City. He also maintains NH Construction Law, a blog focused on legal issues affecting New Hampshire builders.
Frank earned both his J.D. and B.A. from Cornell University. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the District of Columbia, as well as before the U.S. District Courts in those jurisdictions, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the United States Tax Court.
