Anna Rutigliano is an experienced litigator with experience in a range of construction, business litigation, biotechnology, and agribusiness matters. She was recently included in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America – Construction Law 2024.

Ms. Rutigliano has been a member of several trial teams on cases tried to verdict in both federal and state courts across the country, including a number of multi-week jury trials.  Ms. Rutigliano also serves several pro bono clients.  Prior to joining Martin Hild, P.A., Ms. Rutigliano was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm in Indianapolis where she focused on complex litigation and mass torts.

Finally, while Martin | Hild are construction trial attorneys, the firm’s foremost concern is extricating its clients from disputes as early as is practically possible. In many cases, that means alternative dispute resolution, i.e., mediation or arbitration. In addition to being an experienced trial attorney, Mr. Martin is also a Certified Circuit Court Mediator in Florida and is on the AAA Commercial Panel of Neutrals.
