Geoffrey concentrates his practice in three areas: construction litigation, property damage litigation, and business & consumer litigation.
Mr. Ittleman routinely counsels both owners of commercial and residential property, contractors, suppliers, materialmen and others that furnish work and services to a construction project on construction liens, construction bonds and routinely litigates all types of construction disputes in a variety of forums.
Geoffrey has also provided strong, effective representation to businesses, condominium associations, and individuals when the insurance company refuses to honor their commitments or when a company is negligent during construction and the negligence results in damages to the owner’s property or business interests.
Geoffrey welcomes opportunities to work with public adjusters, restoration companies, mold remediation companies, third party vendors or any other concentration in the insurance field for legal representation for any water claim, mold claim, and disaster related representation. Geoffrey also counsels and advocates for owners of properties who experience losses to business or property interests due to negligent construction.

Geoffrey earned his bachelor of arts from Emory University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law.

Keeping in line with these goals, he polished his courtroom skills in an intensive Complex Litigation Trial Skills class presented by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
