Jason Kellogg is a partner who practices commercial and corporate litigation in federal and state trial and appellate courts, and before arbitral panels. Mr. Kellogg represents individuals and business entities in, among other matters, owners and contractors in construction litigation, commercial contract and business torts disputes, class actions and securities litigation.
